My husband and I have been training dressage with Jacqui for over 1 year now and I cannot find words to express how lucky we have been to find her.
Jacqui's approach to riding and training horses has completely trasformed our understanding of what dressage actually is.
What I love with the training is that it is focused on establishing solid basics to enable the horse to perform the most difficult movements with ease.
Her easygoing nature, attention to detail and "no bull" approach is what any serious rider needs in order to really excel in riding.
Her understanding of dressage as an A-level judge and her knowledge in the horses natural way of going has taken me and my horse to the next level in terms of confidence, balance and strength. Its rare to have a coach that not only gives you 100% focus during your lesson but also has the care and commitment to follow up when I am not there, give feedback when seeing videos and answering questions.
Its hard for me to express in words how much she has meant to me on my journey with my horse.
I cannot thank her enough for what she has done and is continuing to do for me to be my very best.

Who is Jacqui?
I was born in the UK but lived in New Zealand from the age of 7yrs. My two boys were born in New Zealand and since they have moved out of home I have now crossed the ditch and live mostly in Australia.
I started riding when I was 8yrs old and I’m telling you that was a long time ago!
I was an eventing rider to 3* until detached retinas stopped me from jumping and I took up dressage.
I thought I knew a lot but the more I learned the more I realised how much there was to dressage. The ideal of getting your horse to dance and to make it look effortless!
I am an accountant and previously a school teacher so eye for detail is required in both those careers and dressage is no different.
I have ridden to Grand Prix and have competed at the Pacific League World Cup Final and was also long-listed for Athens Olympics on the Appaloosa I was riding at that time.
Since then I have trained 2 further horses from breaking in to Grand Prix, I have been the Coach of Para Equestrian riders travelled to the World Equestrian Games as Chef D'Equipe for the event and coached several Para riders to qualify for the Olympics.
I am now training and coaching from a property in Somersby NSW and have an imported horse progressing well towards achieving Grand Prix.
I am an A Level judge, judge mentor, active rider and coach.
I am embarking on an Audacious Journey: A Passionate Goal to Conquer International Dressage with Mr. Zippo travelling to Germany for full immersion with Dressage master Christoph Hess in riding, judging and coaching. To qualify and compete at the world equestrian games and bring back a wealth of knowledge to share with the Australian Dressage community as a rider judge and coach. -

EQUESTRIAN SERVICES:
COACHING - 1-1 or Group dressage coaching at Somersby NSW or I travel to you.
CLINICS - Dressage clinics can be arranged in your area by negotiation.
PROTOCOL DAYS - Get a group of riders together to ride practise tests in front of a judge with short coaching session after the test to improve your test riding.
ONLINE COACHING - 1-1 dressage coaching via Facetime, Pivo or similar.
ONLINE 1-1 TEST RIDING COACHING SESSIONS - You video yourself riding a test of your choice taken from where the judge would sit at ‘C’ Send it to me via What’s Ap with a copy of the test paper. Firstly I will judge it as if it was a live competition. Secondly I will schedule a zoom session with you where I will go through the test with you and show you where you could pick up more marks.
TRAINING - Send your horse to me at Somersby NSW for dressage training.
AGISTMENT - Full agistment, Part Care or Self Care packages available.
